150g Violife Le Rond, diced or crumbled
150g Violife Creamy Garden Herbs
1 pack vegan tarte flambée dough or pizza dough
1 red onion, sliced
1 red apple, sliced
100g lingonberry jam
Sprigs of fresh thyme
Salt and pepper
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 degrees Celsius) upper and lower heat.
2. Roll the pizza dough out on a lightly floured surface to make a rectangle.
3. Spread with Violife Creamy Garden Herbs, and lay out on a baking tray covered in baking paper.
4. Top with the onion and apple rings, and bake for 15 minutes in your preheated oven. Once out of the oven, top with cubes of Le Rond, little dollops of lingonberry jam, and sprigs of fresh thyme. Enjoy while still warm from the oven!
