Vegan goulash with Plant-Based Beef Chunks

Preparation
1. Heat a little oil in a saucepan and brown the pieces of plant-based beef on all sides for about 5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
2. Slice the onions and finely chop the garlic. Fry the onions and garlic in the same pan and season with salt and pepper. Add the paprika powder, paprika puree and stock cubes and cover with 300ml of water.
3. Cut the vegetables into cubes or slices of about 3 cm. When the stock comes to the boil, add the potatoes, peppers and chopped tomatoes. Leave the vegetables to cook for about 30 minutes.
4. After about 30 minutes, add the chunks again for about 5 minutes and simmer with the vegetables.
