We deliver within Germany as well as to other European countries.

We will also ship your order as soon as it contains at least one fresh product in a sustainable insulation package with gel pack.
This will cost you 2,99 Euro. To ensure a seamless cold chain to your door, chilled goods are only shipped on Mondays to Thursdays (Mondays to Wednesdays for shipping addresses abroad).

SHIPPING IN GERMANY:

SHIPPING TO EUROPEAN COUNTRIES: 

We ship your order, as soon as it contains at least one fresh item, in a sustainable insulated packaging with gel pack. This will cost you 2.99 euros. To ensure an uninterrupted cold chain to your door, refrigerated goods are shipped abroad only on Mondays to Wednesdays.

Due to long shipping times, the cold chain cannot be guaranteed for certain countries. Therefore, the following countries are excluded from refrigerated shipping: Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Great Britain, Ireland, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Spain and Cyprus.

During promotional periods, due to holidays/weekends or high order volumes, there may be slight delays in shipping. If you would like your order to be shipped on a specific date or not shipped before the weekend, please let us know during the ordering process. If we do not receive any information in this regard, we will ship as usual from Monday to Friday. Within Germany, we only ship all heat-sensitive products from Monday to Thursday during the warm months. We only ship refrigerated goods abroad from Monday to Wednesday.

Shipping is carried out using DHL standard shipping. For orders to Heligoland, we charge an island surcharge of €7.95 per delivery.

packing and shipping costs for overweight deliveries (30kg+)

The shopping cart automatically displays the applicable shipping costs per package based on the delivery country you selected. These rates are based on shipments weighing up to 30 kg in total (products plus packaging materials). If this weight is exceeded and one or more additional packages are required, the shipping costs listed in the store will apply again for each additional package.

If the weight of your order exceeds the limit for standard DHL package shipping, we reserve the right to ship your order on a pallet. The costs for this will be displayed in your shopping cart.

Please avoid signs of use and damage to the goods. If possible, please return the goods complete and with the original packaging.

Refrigerated goods cannot be returned, we hope for your understanding.

Please always use suitable packaging to protect against transport damage.

Please do not return the goods freight collect. The postage costs, if they are to be carried by us, we refund you also gladly in advance.

Please note that the above information on returns is not a prerequisite for exercising the right of withdrawal.
