Personal data
Personal data give information about your person. That includes your name, your address and your eMail. You don’t have to reveal your personal data to be able to visit our website. In some cases we need your name and address as well as further information to offer you the requested service.

That also applies when we send you information material on request or answer your requests. In these cases we will always point that out to you. Furthermore, we only save the data which you automatically oder voluntarily submitted to us.

When you use one of our services, usually we only collect the data which are necessary to offer you our service. Perhaps we ask you for further information, which are voluntary. Whenever we process personal data, we do this in order to offer you our service or to pursue our commercial objectives.

Autmatically saved data

The provider of the sites autmatically collects and saves information in so-called Server-Log-Files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

  • date and time of the request
  • name of the requested file
  • site, from which the file was requested
  • access status (file transmitted, file not found, etc.)
  • used web browser and operating system
  • full IP address of the requesting computer
  • transmitted amount of data

There is no fusion of these data with other data sources. The processing is made according to article 6 (1) lit. f GDPR based on our legitimate interest in improving the stability and functionality of our website.
Due to reasons of the technical safety, especially the defence against attack attempts on our web server, these data are safed for a short time. A conclusion on single persons by using these data is not possible for us. At the latest after seven days the data are anonymized by shortening the IP address on Domain level, so that it isn’t possible to make a connection to a single user. In anonymized form the data are processed for statistical purposes; there is no comparison to other data stocks or transmission, also in extracts, to third parties. A display of the number of page views only takes place within our server statistics, which we publish every two years in our progress report.

When you visit our websites, we possibly save information on your computer in the form of cookies. Cookies are small files, which are transmitted from an internet server to your browser and are safed on its hard drive. Only the Internet Protocol address is safed here – no personal data. This information, which is safed in the cookies, enables us to recognize you automtically at the next visit on our website, whereby the use is facilitated for you. Legal basis for the use of cookies is the legitimate interest according to article Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR.

Of course you can visit our websites without accepting cookies. If you don’t want your computer to be recognized at your next visit, you can reject the use of cookies by changing the settings in your browser to „Remove all cookies“. You can find the respective procedure in the user manual of your browser. If you reject the use of cookies, it is possible that there will be restrictions on the use of some areas of our websites.

Google Analytics with anonymization function
On our website we use Google Analytics, a web analysis service by the company Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, hereinafter „Google“. Google Analytics uses so-called „cookies“, text files, which are safed on your computer and hereby allow an analysis of the use of our website.

The information generated with these cookies, for example time, place and frequency of your website visit including your IP address, are transmitted to Google in the US and are safed there.

On our website we use Google Analytics with the addition "_gat._anonymizeIp". In this case your IP address is already shortened and thereby anonymized by Google within EU member states or other signatories of the agreement upon the European Economic Area.

Google will use this information to evaluate your usage of our site, to compile reports about the website activities for us and to deliver further services, which are connected to the usage of the website and internet. If necessary, Google will also transmit this information to third parties, as long as it is legally required or third parties process these data on behalf of Google.

Google by its own account will never link your IP address to other data from Google. You can prevent the installation of the cookies by appropriately adjusting your browser software; however, we point out that in this case you might not be fully able to use all features on our website.

Furthermore, Google offers a Opt-out Browser Add-on for the most common browsers, which gives you more control over which data are collected by Google regarding the websites visited by you. The add-on tells the Java Script (ga.js) by Google Analytics that no information regarding your website visit should be transmitted to Google Analytics. The Opt-out Browser Add-on by Google Analytics does not prevent the transmission of information to us or other web analysis services possibly used by us. You can find further information on installing the Browser Add-on via following link:

If you visit our site with a mobile device (smartphone or tablet computer), you have to click this link instead in order to avoid the tracking by Google Analytics on this website for the future. This is also possible as an alternative to the above Browser Add-on. By clicking the link an Opt-Out-Cookie will be placed in your browser, which is only valid for this browser and domain. If you delete the cookies in this browser, the Opt-Out-Cookie will also be deleted, so that you have to click the link again.

If you agreed that Google connects your web and app browsing history to your Google account and that information from your Google account is used to personalize Ads, Google will use your data in combination with Google Analytics data to create target group lists for cross-device Remarketing. Google Analytics therefor collects at first your Google-authentificated ID on our website, which is connected to your Google account (therefore personal data). Then your ID is linked temporarily by Google Analytics to your Google Analytics data to optimize our target groups.

If you disagree, you can turn it off under “My Account“ of your Google account.

Google Maps
This website uses Google Maps to display maps and create route maps.
Google Maps is run by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

By using Google Maps on this website you agree to the acquisition, the processing and the use of automatically collected data as well as the data provided by you through Google, one of its representatives or third parties.

You can find Google Maps terms of use here.

The data policy by Google Maps can be found here.

Linkster Influencer Tracking Software

On this page we use the tracking technology of Linkster GmbH, Geschwister-Scholl-Straße 52, 20251 Hamburg, to measure and visualize insights into partnerships and advertising channels. This is a function for measuring the efficiency of the corresponding advertising measures. Furthermore, the information enables us to assign advertising successes for billing with corresponding advertising partners. If you click on an advertising integration, cookies are set in your browser, which are read out in the event of a transaction. At every touch point, your browser sends an HTTP request to the Linkster server with which certain information is transmitted. This information includes the URL of the website on which advertising material is placed (referrer URL), the browser identifier (user agent) of your end device (including information about the device type and the operating system), the IP address of the end device (This IP address is anonymized and hashed by us before storage), HTTP header (data packet automatically transmitted by your browser with various technical information), the time of the request and, if previously saved on the device, the cookie with its Content.

A cookie is a small data packet that is exchanged between your browser and the server. The information relevant to the web application can be stored and transmitted in this data package, e.g. the content of a virtual shopping cart.

The tracking technology stores cookies on your end device to document actions. A 24-digit, anonymous ID is stored in the cookie. Linked to this ID, the data is encrypted in our database on the server.

This contains information about the last touch points (i.e. when a particular advertising material was displayed or clicked on by a device). The stored touch points can, if necessary, be combined to form a sequence chain (user journey).

With an action request, the order number and the shopping cart value of your order are usually also transmitted and saved by us. In addition, the following values can be transmitted and saved: your customer number, new customer characteristic, your age and gender as well as the information you provided in a customer survey.

The cookies saved by Linkster GmbH are deleted after 30 days at the latest. The information transmitted to us and the cookies only serve the purpose of correctly assigning the success of an advertising medium and the corresponding billing and is in line with our legitimate interests in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f GDPR.

If you do not want cookies to be stored in your browser, you can do this by setting your browser accordingly. You can deactivate the storage of cookies in your browser under Extras / Internet options, restrict them to certain websites or set your browser so that it notifies you as soon as a cookie is sent. Please note, however, that in this case you will have to reckon with a limited display of online offers and limited user guidance. You can also delete cookies at any time. In this case, the information stored in it will be removed from your device.

The collection and processing of tracking data can also be deactivated by clicking on this tracking opt-out link:

Viewing your data:

The following overview shows which cookies are used by our tracking technology:

TRS: Unique, 24-digit identifier (ID) for tracking partnerships. This cookie is stored in the client browser and identifies database records that contain the touchpoint data.

TRSCJ: Fallback cookie with the rudimentary touchpoint data for tracking partnerships. This cookie contains all touchpoint data encrypted on the client browser.

trs_db_optout: When you click on the tracking opt-out link, a special cookie is written, which deactivates tracking in the current web browser of the end device. However, tracking is reactivated as soon as you delete the tracking opt-out cookie.

We took technical and administrative security precautions to protect your personal data against loss, destruction, manipulation and unauthorized access. All of our employees as well as all service providers, who work for us, are obligated to the valid data protection laws.

Whenever we collect and process personal data, these data are encrypted before they are transferred, which means that your data can’t be abused by third parties. Our security precautions are subject to a process of continuous improvement and our privacy policies are revised constantly. Please make sure that you have the latest version.
