Vegan Stroganoff with Plant-Based Beef Chunks

Ingredients

800 g vegan spaetzle
1 pc onion
1 pc broccoli
2 pc peppers
200 g vegan crème fraîche alternative
100 g mushrooms
50 g peeled almond slices
25 g gherkins
2 tb olive oil
2 ts paprika
1 ts paprika puree
300 ml water
Some salt & pepper

Preparation

1. The recipe for the Stroganoff sauce is simple: fry the onion and pepper strips in a saucepan. Add the paprika powder and paprika puree and cover with 300ml of water.
2. Add salt and pepper and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Cut the gherkins into small strips and add to the sauce.
3. Chop the broccoli and cook in a pan of salted water until al dente.
4. Fry the Plant-Based Beef Chunks in a pan with a little oil until they have a nice colour.
5. Heat the vegan spaetzle in a pan with vegetable oil and serve with the beef chunks and broccoli. Serve with the sauce and vegan crème fraîche.
