Mediterranean Redefine kebab skewers

Ingredients

Redefine kebab skewers:

wooden or metal skewers
15 ml olive oil
0.5 ts salt
1 Pinch(es) of black pepper

Greek salad:

2 pc ripe tomatoes, diced
1 pc cucumber, diced
Handful Kalamata olives
50 g feta cheese, crumbled
30 ml extra virgin olive oil
1 ts dried oregano
0.5 pc lemon (juice only)
Some salt and black pepper to taste

Lemon and garlic sauce:

200 g mayonnaise
3 Clove(s) of garlic, finely chopped
1 tb fresh dill
2 ts grated lemon peel
1 tb fresh lemon juice
0.5 ts sea salt
0.25 ts freshly ground black pepper

Preparation

Prepare the Redefine kebab skewers:

1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Spread the Redefine Kofta Mix on the skewers, press down firmly and season with salt and pepper.
2. Grill for 3–4 minutes per side until cooked through.

Prepare the Greek salad:

1. In a large bowl, mix together the tomatoes and cucumber. Add feta cheese and kalamata olives, drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
2. Sprinkle with oregano, salt and black pepper and carefully mix together.

Prepare the lemon and garlic sauce:

1. In a small bowl, mix all the ingredients for the sauce well.
2. Place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Serve:

1. Serve the kebab skewers with the Greek salad and the lemon and garlic sauce. Enjoy your meal!
