There are now Haferkater stores in four central stations and Berlin airport, so travellers can kick off the day with a wholesome meal that's both vegan and wonderful.

Vegan breakfast energy powered by oats

At Haferkater, fresh oats are put through the oat mill, roasted and cooked to achieve full flavour daily. But don’t worry, the Berlin company offers its oat powerhouses in ready-to-eat form so you can enjoy them at home. The ready-to-eat porridge comes in apple and cinnamon and blueberry. Both are too good to miss. Simply tear open and spoon out.

Sustainably nourishing, sustainably packaged

In addition to its vegan products, Haferkater is mindful above all of using its resources sustainably – from foodsharing and the use of seasonal toppings to compostable packaging in its stores. Speaking of which, packaging is something Haferkater would like to dispense with completely. In fact, you can bring your own containers and have them filled at its stores. And those who have forgotten to bring their own containers can at least rest assured that they will be delivered 100% petroleum-free and CO2-neutral compostable packaging.
