Fried Banana with Kofu Pure

Ingredients

200 g Kofu pure
2 pc bananas
1 Handful walnut splinters
20 g dark vegan chocolate alternative, grated

Preparation

1. Cut the Kofu into 4 pieces (first cut it in half in the middle and then halve it lengthwise). Halve the bananas lengthwise. Fry the banana halves and Kofu in Alsan or oil until browned on both sides.
2. Arrange the bananas with Kofu on a plate. Garnish with maple syrup, vegan chocolate alternative, and walnuts. If desired, you can also add coconut flakes.
