Vielleicht kein Ersatz für Morzarella, aber für Gouda.
Mir schmeckt der "Käse" sehr gut, er schmilzt sehr schön, ist danach leider nur sehr klebrig. Für mich ein hervorragender Ersatz für Käse aus Milch.

Schmeckt nicht wie Mozzarella
uns schmeckt er garnicht, perfeckt schmilzen tut er auch nicht. die inhaltsstoffe sind auch nicht der burnern... aber trotzdem 3 sterne, weil es ein ersatzprodukt gegen tierleid ist, danke dafür

So schön wie dieser schmilzt kein anderer!
Wir lieben ihn geraspelt nicht nur auf Pizza oder Sandwich (zwischen zwei Vollkorntoastscheiben mit Alsan und Vurst, dann ab damit in den Sandwichmaker), sondern auf jeder Art von Auflauf und in Kässpätzle, denn so schön wie dieser schmilzt unserer Meinung nach kein anderer.

Too coconutty and gelatinous
Tried it as an alternative for mozzarella in caprese but the texture and flavour are very coconutty. I wouldn't recommend it cold. To finish it up, I ground it up and added it to an omelette. But if you were to use this that way, I would recommend the cheddar style better as the flavour is more cheesy and less coconutty.

Schmeckt nicht wie Mozzarella aber dennoch der Hammer
Die Konsistenz und geschmack erinnern an normalen Scheibenkäse aber genauer kann ich es als nicht Käse Experte nicht einstufen. Wie der Chedda schmeckt auch der "Mozzarella" super lecker wenn er ein bisschen geschmolzen ist. Super lecker und für mich nicht von echtem Käse zu unterscheiden :D
