Ganz gute Alternative

Als Nürnbergerin suchte ich immer guten Ersatz um Saure Zipfel zu machen. Das sind die einzigen "Bratwürste" die der Würzung von den Nürnberger Bratwürsten nahe kommt und von der Konsistenz her fest genug sind, dass sie beim kochen nicht zerfallen. Dafür taugen sie gut.

Einfach nur WOW!

Mein Mann ist hin und weg, endlich wieder was "Richtiges" auf dem Grill, von der Konsistenz her klasse, nicht von normalen zu unterscheiden und der Geschmack, einfach top, muss sogar ich sagen und ich habe solche Würstchen nie gemocht, egal ob "echt" oder nicht. Es wäre noch super, wenn jemand so einen Geschmack auch noch ohne Gluten hinbekommt, so kann ich leider nur mal kurz probieren. Unbedingt probieren! Die kann man auch getrost NichtVeganern anbieten.

Kommt dem Original sehr nah und schmeckt der ganzen Familie (Nein, wir sind nicht alle Veganer). Am Grill zubereitet schmecken die Würstchen am besten, aber aus der Pfanne sind sie auch nicht zu verachten.
