Leider nicht so gut wie erhofft

Ich hatte vorher bereits Tofu in der gleichen Geschmacksrichtung (geräuchert, Mandel-Sesam) probiert. Deswegen hatte ich mir erhofft, dass dieser ähnlich gut schmeckt. Leider war das aber nicht so. Weiß nicht genau woran es gelegen haben könnte. Habe ihn zubereitet wie immer. Aber beim Probieren hat er dann leider echt nicht gut geschmeckt. Von der versprochenen Geschmacksrichtung hat man nichts geschmeckt, stattdessen war er unangenehm sauer und hat sonst nicht nach viel geschmeckt. Haltbar war er laut MHD noch und er sah auch nicht schlecht aus. Aber der Geschmack war wirklich unangenehm. Sah mein Freund ganz ähnlich, haben unabhängig voneinander probiert. Also für mich persönlich leider kein guter Tofu.

Dezent nussig

Ja, die Konsistenz ist super, nicht zu trocken, nicht so matschig, und auch der Geschmack könnte gefallen, wenn er etwas kräftiger nussig wäre. So wie`s ist, ist das nur ein Hauch. Ob da Walnuss drin verwendet wurde? Es geht so in die Richtung. Da dieser Tofu meines Erachtens eher noch recht mild ist, würde ich ihn nicht explizit als alleinigen Brotbelag verwenden. Er macht sich aber hervorragend im Konzert mit Zaziki (jaja, ich weiß) und Tomate mit Salz und Pfeffer. Dann mag man gleich die nächste Stulle schmieren.

Schön schnittfeste und nussige Tofuvariation. Verwende ich eigtnlich bei allem, was ein bisschen deftiger sein darf.
