Organic tofu: filling and delicious
Nothing messes up your day quite like running out of tofu at the wrong time. Alberts knows that all too well. That’s why Alberts’ organic tofu comes in a catering-sized 1kg block. Choose from smoked or natural. Both come in premium organic quality and are absolutely delicious. So, what are you waiting for... ready, set tofu!!
This tastes better…
Vegan meat alternatives made from lupins or inspired, purely plant-based classics – all 100% organic. Alberts does a lot differently, gets a lot right and does a lot of things better. The German company from Rhineland-Palatinate doesn’t do things by halves when it comes to (organic) quality or organic farming. This is commitment you can taste. All ingredients come from controlled organic cultivation and contain no ingredients of animal origin whatsoever. Not only does that taste fantastic, but it IS fantastic…
Fully committed to sustainability
Alberts is accredited by EcoVeg, the first independently controlled quality seal for organic-quality vegan food. Together with EcoVeg, Alberts campaigns Europe-wide for less global hunger, better health, clean water, sustainable consumption, and the preservation of biodiversity. In doing so, the brand is contributing significantly to achieving the UN’s Sustainability Goals. Fingers crossed for their green ambitions!
Lupins, seitan and tofu the Alberts way
Its innovative, high-quality and environmentally friendly products are the result of extensive development and hard work. Research is an indispensable part of this, which is why Alberts has been involved in research into the cultivation and processing of lupins for years, having been awarded the Research seal of approval from the Association of Sponsors of German Science for the fourth year running.

Kein Raucharoma
Zero Rauch Geschmack.

Absolut geschmacklos
"Mild geräuchtert" ist stark untertrieben. Schmeckt fast wie Natu-Tofu ohne jeglichen Rauchgeschmack. Selbst der günstigste Räucher-Tofu aus dem Supermarkt hat einen intensiveren Geschmack. Vielleicht ist es aber auch so gewollt...Mein Fall ist es jedenfalls nicht
