Ziemlich gut
Ich bestell das vegane Lachsfilet seit Jahren, weil es meiner Meinung nach das beste vegane Lachsfilet ist. Allerdings muss man so ein, zwei Dinge beachten. Ich brate das Filet immer doppelt an, sprich, ich pack es für knapp zehn Minuten bei 160° in den Airfryer, lass es abkühlen und brate es dann nochmal in der Pfanne kurz an bzw leg es auf den Grill oder schneide es klein und erhitzte es erneut in einer Soße. Ich finde, so schmeckt es deutlich besser als "nur einmal" gegart.

Dieses "Lachsfilet" lässt sich toll cross anbraten! Schöne Dillsoße und Kartoffeln dazu..meeeega!

Absolutely amazing!
It is my first “salmon” after 3 years. This has the nutritional value, texture and taste! Absolutely love it and will order it regularly now. I suggest cooking it with the regular soy sauce, vegan “butter”, salt and pepper, olive oil.

Also die Konsistenz finde ich schonmal super authentisch. Der Weizen Geschmack ist jedoch noch ein wenig stärker als der "Lachs" Geschmack. Ich habe die Stücke vorher nochmal mit Nori ein wenig "Mariniert". Danach war es richtig richtig gut.

Eine positive Überraschung
Dies war ein Testkauf und wir hatten keine hohen Erwartungen, aber Konsistenz und Geschmack und die entspannte Bratroutine haben uns echt begeistert. Auch die Größe und das Aussehen waren gut. Werden wir definitiv wieder kaufen!

Perfekt
Das ist das Produkt, welches ich am häufigsten kaufe. In der Pfanne in Pflanzenmargarine braten, bis die Oberfläche leicht knusprig wird. Auf einem Brötchen, auf ein Salatblatt stückig verteilen, noch ein bisschen Salz und Meerrettich drauf, ein Genuss!
