300 g boiled potatoes
400 g spinach
2 pc spring onions (scallions)
1 pc lemon
Some olive oil, pepper, and salt

1. Slice the boiled potatoes. Heat two tablespoons of olive oil in a pan and sauté the potatoes over medium heat for 10 minutes or until they turn golden brown. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Heat a portion of the spinach in a pan with a little water over low heat until it wilts. Add the remaining spinach in batches as soon as the bottom layer wilts. Drain the spinach once it's heated and wilted. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Slice the spring onions into rings. Heat two tablespoons of olive oil in a pan and cook the vegan fish-style sticks on both sides for two to three minutes until they turn golden brown and crispy.
4. Cut the lemon into wedges. Arrange the pan-fried potatoes, spinach, and vegan fish-style sticks on plates. Garnish the spinach with spring onions. Add vegan mayonnaise.
