Korean Tofu Soup

Ingredients

600 ml vegetable stock
8 Piece(s) spring onions
Some chili powder/pepper
1 Clove(s) garlic
Some oil
4 Piece(s) onions
1 Tablespoon(s) tomato paste
Some cooked rice as side dish

Preparation

1. Mix the finely diced onions, spring onions, chopped garlic, tomato paste, and oil in a pan and sauté for about 5 minutes.
2. Now, add chili and Albert's lupine sauce and sauté for another 3 minutes.
3. Mix 150ml of broth with 3-4 tablespoons of the prepared sauce. Add Albert's tofu natur to the pot. Use a spoon to crumble it. Cook the soup for 5 minutes.
4. Drizzle chopped chili and a pinch of pepper on top. After 2 more minutes of cooking, serve the Korean tofu soup with rice.
