4 tb kimchi

1 ts sesame seeds

1 Bar(s) spring onions

0.5 Bunch(es) fresh coriander

2 tb sriracha mayo

1 Pack(s) smoked tofu

1 tb soy sauce

75 g Simply V Luftig & Locker Kräuter der Provence vegan spread

Preparation

Total time: 10 min

1. Slice the smoked tofu and fry in a little oil. When golden brown on both sides, deglaze with a little soy sauce.

2. Spread the bread with Simply V Luftig & Locker vegan spread, place the tofu slices on top and top with the kimchi.

3. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, spring onions and coriander, top with sriracha mayo and "Simply" enjoy!
