For the vegan Greek salad:

300 g cherry tomatoes
1 Large cucumber
100 g Kalamata olives, stoned
1 Medium size(s) onion
1 pc green pepper
1 pc red pepper

For the dressing:

0.5 Cup(s) olive oil
0.25 Cup(s) apple cider vinegar
Splash(es) lemon juice
Some oregano, fresh or dried
1 ts mild mustard
Some parsley, fresh
Some salt and ground pepper

Preparation

  • Total time: 10 min

1. For the Greek salad, cut the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, onion, red and green peppers into bite-sized slices.
2. Mix the sliced ingredients and the olives in a large salad bowl. Dice the Violife Greek White and sprinkle it over the salad.
3. Mix all the ingredients for the dressing thoroughly with a blender.
