Grilled Vegan Bratwurst in a Hotdog Bun

Ingredients

4 small hotdog buns
120 g natural sauerkraut
120 g red onion, sliced
120 ml apple cider vinegar
2 ts mustard

Preparation

1. Mix the sliced red onion and vinegar in a small bowl. Cover and leave to stand for 30 minutes.
2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and generously grease the grate with oil.
3. Cut 4 slits into each of the vegan Redefine Bratwurst sausages and grill them according to the package instructions, turning them while grilling. Remove from the grill and keep warm.
4. Slice the buns open and spread with veggie mayonnaise and mustard. Place a sausage in each bun and top with pickled onions and sauerkraut.
