Spoonable Vegan Mocchaccino

Preparation

1. Roughly chop the chocolate, and melt gently in a bain-marie.
2. Whip the vegan alternative to whipping cream, then add the sugar.
3. In a separate bowl, beat the alternative to soft cheese briefly until creamy, and then stir in the cream.
4. Divide the cream mixture into 5 parts. 
  • 1 part: leave as is.
  • 2 parts: add the espresso and 2 tsp melted chocolate.
  • 2 parts: add the rest of the chocolate.
5. Prepare 3-4 dessert glasses.
6. Pour the dark chocolate cream into the very bottom of each glass, then spoon the mocha cream on top of that, and then the light cream alternative on the very top.
7. To serve, sieve a little cocoa powder over the desserts, and garnish with a few pieces of roughly chopped chocolate.
