Vegan Feta Dip

Ingredients

5 tb plant drink
2 tb olive oil
Some rosemary/italian herbs
1 Splash(es) agave syrup

For decoration

Some pine nuts, roasted
1 Handful Pomegranate seeds
Some parsley/mint
Some balsamico

Preparation

1. Roughly chop the vegan feta alternative and place it in a blender. Add the herbs of your choice. You can use an Italian herb mix and some rosemary, for example. Now, add a small dash of agave syrup to balance out the acidity of the vegan feta alternative.
2. Start by adding half of the plant-based milk and oil to the mixture and blend. If the mixture is too dry, gradually add the remaining milk and oil until you achieve the perfect creamy consistency. The consistency should be smooth enough for dipping chips.
3. Toast the pine nuts in a pan over medium heat, remove the seeds from the pomegranate, and wash some parsley or mint.

Decorate the dip as desired.
