200 g Tofu
2 pc bananas
2 tb maple syrup
1 Handful walnut splinters
20 g dark vegan chocolate alternative, grated

1. Cut the Tofu into 4 pieces (first cut it in half in the middle and then halve it lengthwise). Halve the bananas lengthwise. Fry the banana halves and Tofu in Alsan or oil until browned on both sides.
2. Arrange the bananas with Tofu on a plate. Garnish with maple syrup, vegan chocolate alternative, and walnuts. If desired, you can also add coconut flakes.
