Vegan Chocolate Banana Bread

Ingredients

2.5 pc bananas, mashed
250 g flour
80 ml oil of your choice
2 ts baking powder
1 ts apple cider vinegar

Preparation

1. Mix all the ingredients, fill them into a greased pan, and bake the cake for 60 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius (convection).

Tip: The banana bread will be fluffiest if you blend the plant-based milk, oil, and bananas in a blender until well combined before adding the dry ingredients.
