Apple Crumb Tart

Ingredients

For the tart

180 g flour
0.25 Cube(s) fresh yeast
40 g sugar

For the crumble

70 g flour
40 g sugar
50 g margarine

Preparation

1. Melt the margarine in a saucepan over medium heat. At the end, add the plant-based milk and transfer both to a mixing bowl. Important: It should be lukewarm, not hotter.
2. Crumble the yeast and add it to the mixing bowl. Stir well until the yeast has dissolved. Add the flour, sugar, and O'GURT, and knead everything with the dough hook of a kitchen machine or by hand into a smooth, slightly sticky dough. Cover and let it rise for about 1 hour in a warm place.
3. Put the ingredients for the crumble in a bowl and knead into a smooth dough with your hands. Then crumble it with your hands.
4. Take the dough for the bases, divide it into 3 balls, and roll each into a round cake.
5. Wash the apple, remove the core, and cut it into thin slices. Distribute them on the cakes. Sprinkle the crumble on top.
6. Place the apple crumble cakes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (340°F) convection for 15-20 minutes.
