200 g lamb's lettuce
2 tb aioli

For the Dressing for lamb's lettuce

4 tb olive oil
2 tb vinegar
1 ts italian herbs
1 Pinch(es) pepper, salt, sugar

1. Wash the lettuces and the tomatoes. Slice the tomatoes.
2. Prepare the salad dressing from the ingredients.
3. Sear the vegan patties well on both sides. Slice and toast the hamburger buns.
4. Toss the lamb's lettuce in the salad dressing, drain, and place it on the bottom half of the hamburger bun.
5. Place the vegan patties on top of the lamb's lettuce and add the tomato slices. Spread the top of the hamburger bun with Aglio Olio. Place some arugula between the vegan patty and the top bun, then enjoy.
