Finally: the one that does it all!
Good news for everyone who doesn’t want to give up butter on their bread—even on a vegan diet! Finally, there’s an alternative that isn’t margarine. It’s just like butter—only without the animal-derived ingredients. Eleplant has all the great qualities of traditional butter: the rich flavor, the buttery melt and browning properties, and its performance when cooking, frying, baking, and spreading.
The best part? What’s inside.
The Eleplant Plant-Based Block resembles the classic butter block down to the smallest detail. The spreadable version can even be spread smoothly and creamily straight from the refrigerator. This is made possible by the unique combination of canola oil, oat milk, shea butter, and coconut oil. No palm oil, no milk, no lactose, no gluten. So when it comes to butter, there’s finally a new Eleplant on the scene—and it’s completely vegan.
Eleplant is a new brand from Walter Rau Lebensmittelwerke. A wealth of experience in butter and margarine went into Eleplant. The goal was to bridge the gap between the taste of real butter and a vegan diet in a way that creates a product for everyone. We say: Mission accomplished! With the Plant-Based Block and Spreadable, Eleplant has transformed the “OR” between “buttery or plant-based” into a delicious “AND.”
