Ich liebe diese Rolladen

Ich liebe diese Rolladen. Wenn man sich bei der Zubereitung ein wenig Mühe gibt, sind sie ein sehr guter Ersatz für Fleisch-Produkte. Wie bei allen anderen veganen Produkten darf man nicht erwarten, dass sie genau so wie die "echten" Rolladen schmecken, aber sie kommen doch recht nah dran. Ich brate sie kurz im Topf an und lösche dann mit einem Schuss Rotwein ab und fülle soviel Wasser an, wie ich am Schluss Soße haben möchte. in das Wasser gebe ich Salz und verschiedene Gewürze, wie ital. Kräuter, gem. Kümmel, Bohnenkraut,... In einem Tee-Ei hänge ich außerdem 2 Nelken, ein Lorbeerblatt und 2-3 Nelken mit in das Wasser. Am Schluss wird es dann mit Soßenbinder angedickt und mit einem Schuss "Sahne" verfeinert. Dazu Kartoffelknödel und Rotkohl, einfach ein Gedicht! Und wer es ganz wie bei Mutti haben möchte, kann die Rolladen auch entwickeln, mit Senf bestreichen, veganen Bakon und je eine halbe saure Gurke drauflegen, und dann wieder zusammenrollen.

Veramente buono, va tagliato a fette e cucinato in padella con un pò d olio e aggiungere un goccio di vino rosso. Il sapore dell arrosto con rosmarino è serviti.

Hat nichts mit einer Roulade zu tun. Schmeckt sehr künstlich.

Wir haben zu viert gegessen. Keiner mochte es. Gerollt aber sonst nix. Es schmeckt sehr künstlich aber nicht annähernd wie eine Roulade. Selbst die Konsistenz war widerlich.
