Ingredients
for 2 portions
1 cucumber
1 whole veg spread - pumpkin
1 whole veg spread - parsnip
1 whole veg spread - beetroot
8-10 radishes
1 cup radish sprouts
Toasted sunflower seeds or pine nuts as a topping
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Wash the cucumber and cut into slices half a centimeter thick.
2. Spread the cucumber slices with the whole veg spreads.
3. Cut the radishes into strips, and top the canapés with radish strips, radish sprouts and toasted sunflower seeds.
