Burger with Smoky Kofu

Ingredients

4 Leave(s) green Salad (iceberg, head, or romaine lettuce)
1 pc red onion, small
2 pc gherkins

Preparation

1. Cut the Kofu into 4 pieces (first cut it in half in the middle and then halve it lengthwise). Heat oil in a pan and sauté the Kofu for about 5 minutes on all sides. Remove and place on kitchen paper to drain excess oil.
2. Toast the burger buns briefly or lightly brown them in the oven. Slice red onions into rings. Fill the burger bun halves with Kofu, lettuce, onion rings, and pickles. Add ketchup and/or other sauces according to your preference.
