Ingredients:
Wheatflour*, sugar*, chocolate chips* (raw cane sugar*, cocoa mass*, cocoa butter, emulsifier: lecithin*) (20%), tapioca starch*, heavily defatted cocoa powder* (5%), baking powder (raising agent: sodium bicarbonate; acidity regulator: monopotassium tartrate; cornstarch*), rock salt.

Consumption advice: Flour and dough are not intended for consumption raw and must always be thoroughly cooked.
Preparation: Preheat the oven to 180°C (top and bottom heat). Knead the mixture with 35g margarine and 35ml plant-based milk until it forms a smooth dough. Shape the dough into 6 balls the size of ping-pong balls and place them spaced apart on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper (do not flatten them). Bake on the middle rack for 13 minutes. Remove the baking sheet and tap it lightly 2–3 times; let the cookies cool on the baking sheet (they will firm up as they cool). Tip: Enhance the dough with about 50 g of chopped walnuts or other nuts.
