Sehr lecker, vielseitig verwendbar
Schmeckt super sahnig und sogar noch besser als normale Sahne. Habe sie unter den Spinat gerührt, in den Auflauf rein, sie schmeckt überall gut und hat sich im Kühlschrank bereits offen über 2 Wochen gehalten. Dann hatte ich die Packung endlich leer.
In einen heißen schwarzen Tee sollte man sie allerdings nicht tun, dort hat sie ausgeflockt.
Demnächst werde ich mal probieren einen Griesbrei davon zu kochen.

Vielseitig verwendbar. Tolles Alternativprodukt!
Ich verwende sie für Sahnesaucen zum Kochen, für Gratins zum Backen, für Salatdressings und in den Kaffee. Gerinnt nicht und ist nicht so fettig wie Sahne. Ein tolles Alternativprodukt. I love it! Einziger Wermutstropfen ist das Palmkernöl.

Damit klappt aber nicht nur Eis!
Die große Packung veganer Schlagsahne bestelle ich immer, wenn wir vorhaben Eis zu machen. Das klappt hiermit wunderbar und einfach.
