Made from sweet white lupin, this organic lupin tempeh has a delicately acidic aroma and a grainy texture. The organic lupins are primarily grown in Germany, where they are sourced from farmers in Thuringia for example. The addition of Sweet Chilli or Wild Herbs gives tempehmanufaktur’s Lupin Tempeh extra exquisite flavour notes, enhancing pretty much every dish into a delicious, wholesome and nutritious source of protein in next to no time. Simply cube or slice, fry and there you have it.
Organic tempeh: gets pulses racing

Hand-made
tempehmanufaktur has dedicated itself to making tempeh since 2010. The family company from Allgäu now employs almost 50 members of staff, but its tempeh is still made lovingly by hand. Non-GMO and, where possible, regionally grown organic pulses from ecological cultivation are used.
