Die besten veganen Lachs-Filets
Ich kaufe/bestelle diese Lachs-Filets immer wieder. Zum Glück nicht paniert, wie leider viel zu viele vegetarische und vegane Produkte. Mit einer leckeren Tomatensauce (Dose gehackte Tomaten, Knoblauch & Chili kurz anbraten) und Bandnudeln, wie ein mediterraner Urlaub daheim. Allerdings bevorzuge ich geschmacklich die Variante Garlic & Olive, daher für Lemon & Herbs einen Stern Abzug.

Ölig, geschmacklos
Von veganen Lachsprodukten erwarte ich nicht, daß sie nach Lachs schmecken. Das diese Filets aber praktisch nach gar nichts schmecken hat mich sehr enttäuscht. Außerdem tritt beim Anbraten Wasser aus und es sehr viel Öl. Schade, werde ich nicht mehr bestellen.
