1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Roll out the pizza dough and top it with crumbled vegan feta alternative.
2. Cut the bell pepper and artichoke hearts into bite-sized pieces and slice the zucchini. Arrange olives, bell pepper, and artichoke hearts on the pizza, then bake in a 180°C convection oven for about 15-20 minutes on the middle rack.
3. Meanwhile, thinly slice the spring onion and use a vegetable peeler to create long cucumber ribbons. Once the pizza is done, top it with spring onion, cucumber, and sprigs of rosemary.
