Since the mid-90s Lord of Tofu has been producing vegetarian specialities in Lörrach. Only organic soybeans are processed, thus promoting regional and GMO-free agriculture. The family business grew with a new discovery: Kombucha, the vital substance-rich "magic mushroom", makes their tofu not only particularly digestible, but also unmistakable in taste. To ensure that Lord of Tofu products not only taste good but also do you good, they use only the very best ingredients:
