Recipe idea: Cut into small pieces and fried with any kind of vegetables (in summer with zucchini, in winter with cabbage).
Since the mid-90s Lord of Tofu has been producing vegetarian specialities in Lörrach. Only organic soybeans are processed, thus promoting regional and GMO-free agriculture.
The family business grew with a new discovery: Kombucha, the "magic mushroom" rich in vital substances, makes their tofu not only particularly digestible, but also unmistakable in taste.
