For the tofu fritters

125 g alberts tofu natural
1 pc red onion, finely diced
1 pc big carrot, grated
1 pc clove of garlic, pressed
1 Handful parsley, finely diced
1 tb alberts lupine sauce
0.5 ts caraway
0.5 ts turmeric
1 tb almond butter or tahini
2 tb olive oil
1 pc lemon, zest
3 tb almond flour
1 ts agar agar

For the dip

150 g soy yogurt alternative, unsaltened
1 Handful parsley, chopped fine
Some salt & pepper
0.5 pc lime, juice

Preparation

  • Preparation time: 15 min
  • Cooking time: 10 min
  • Total time: 25 min

1. Mix all the ingredients for the tofu fritters in a bowl and let them chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
2. In the meantime, mix all the ingredients for the dip. Shape small burgers from the tofu mixture by hand or use a metal ring for a more uniform and firm shape. Fry them in plenty of olive oil until they are golden brown on both sides.

Tip: Serve with the dip and a crisp salad.
