1 Pack(s) dinki goulash in spice marinade
1 pc onion
1 pc clove of garlic, finely diced
1 tb oil
300 ml vegetable stock
1 tb tomato paste
1 pc tomato, chopped
1 pc pointed peppers, diced
1 pc large potato, cut into cubes
1 ts sugarcane molasses
Some spices (paprika (sweet and/or smoked), pepper, marjoram)
Some rock salt
Some parsley, finely chopped

Preparation

  • Preparation time: 10 min
  • Cooking time: 20 min
  • Total time: 30 min

1. Precook or steam the potatoes.
2. Sauté onions in oil, add garlic. Add chopped tomatoes and bell pepper, then sauté for an additional 5 minutes.
3. Deglaze with vegetable broth and add potatoes, Dinki Goulash, tomato paste, and a little cane molasses. Let it simmer.
4. Season to taste and adjust with spices and rock salt if needed. (Note: Dinki Goulash already comes in a spice marinade!) Stir in parsley and serve hot. When serving, garnish with a tablespoon of Soyananda sour cream.
