0.5 pc onion
1 tb olive oil
1 pc pepper
1 tin of chopped tomatoes
100 ml vegetable stock
1 tb vegan crème fraîche alternative
1 Pinch(es) garlic powder
0.5 ts curry powder
0.5 ts paprika powder
1 Pinch(es) chilli powder
0.5 Bunch(es) parsley
Some Salt and pepper

  • Cooking time: 10 min
  • Total time: 25 min

1. Cut the Greenforce vegan mini sausage alternatives up into slices.
2. Peel and dice the onion.
3. Wash, core and finely chop the pepper.
4. Wash the parsley and chop the leaves.
5. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onion and spices in it.
6. Add the pepper and fry for a few minutes.
7. Deglaze with the stock and tomatoes and leave to simmer for about 5–10 minutes.
8. Stir in the vegan crème fraîche substitute and bring to the boil again.
9. Now add the mini Viennese sausages and heat briefly.
10. Serve with parsley and enjoy.
11. Works wonderfully with pasta, potatoes, bread or rice.
