0.5 pc lime, juice
Some salt, pepper
Some mint/parsley to decorate
Some plant drink if necessary

Preparation

1. Rinse the chickpeas and peas thoroughly, then place them in a blender or food processor. Squeeze the juice from half a lime into the blender. Add tahini, olive oil, and lime juice to the blender and purée until you have a smooth mixture.
2. If the mixture is too thick, you can add a little water or plant-based milk to achieve your desired consistency. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Wash and finely chop fresh herbs, such as mint, and use them to garnish the dip.
