400 ml plant-based drink such as coconut, almond or soy
60 g sugar
8 g agar agar
1 Pinch(es) salt

For the sauce (optional):

100 g dark chocolate
2 tb sugar
1 orange, juice

Preparation

1. In a saucepan, combine the plant-based drink, plant-based cream, sugar, agar agar, and a pinch of salt.
2. Mix well and bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring for about 2–3 minutes until the agar agar is completely dissolved. If desired, add the vanilla extract for extra flavor.
3. Remove the saucepan from the heat and let it cool slightly, then pour the mixture into silicone molds or glasses.
4. Let it cool at room temperature, then transfer to the refrigerator for at least 4 hours until set.
5. In a saucepan, melt the chocolate in a double boiler, adding the sugar and the juice of one orange to prepare the sauce. Cook over medium heat, stirring until the chocolate melts, then let it cool.
6. Once the panna cotta is ready, gently unmold it and serve it with the sauce on top.
