6 Slice(s) brioche slices
50 g garbanzo bean (chickpea) flour
100 ml milk alternative, such as almond drink
0.5 ts kala namak
1 Pinch(es) salt
2 ts cinnamon
2 tb sugar
2 tb vegan alternative to butter

Filling

1 Handful strawberries
1 tb sugar
chocolate spread

Topping

150 g strawberries
maple syrup

1. Cut the crusts off the brioche slices, and then roll the slices out thinly with a rolling pin.
2. Mix the garbanzo bean flour and Kala Namak with the milk alternative and the salt to make a thick batter.
3. Mix the cinnamon and sugar in a bowl.
4. Wash the strawberries, chop finely and marinate them in sugar for the filling.
5. Fill the brioche slices – spread some with chocolate spread, and others with the marinated strawberries. Roll up carefully.
6. Roll the brioche rolls in the garbanzo bean batter until they’re totally covered.
7. Heat the alternative to butter in a pan over a medium heat, and fry the brioche rolls on all sides until golden brown.
8. To finish, roll in the cinnamon sugar mixture, drizzle with maple syrup, and serve with the strawberries while still warm.
