NOTE: The absence of additives can lead to natural colour changes and to the settling of the coconut fat. At temperatures below 18°C the coconut milk is semi-solid, when heated it becomes liquid and creamy again. Shake well before opening. After opening, decant into a non-metallic container and use within a few days.

Für die asiatische Küche meiner Meinung nach unverzichtbar. Und die von Rapunzel finde ich im Geschmack und der Dickflüssigkeit am angenehmsten. Außerdem haben die einfach bei allen Produkten eine tolle Bioqualität.
