The wonderful taste of Mediterranean herbs such as basil, oregano, thyme and rosemary is rounded off with extra virgin olive oil and gives the bread that typical Italian touch.
Simply bake the bread and its herb filling in the oven, or put it under the grill. It’s the perfect accompaniment to salads, fried foods or grilled foods... Buon appetito!
