And when it comes to baguettes, you’ve come to the right place. Each pack contains two organic spelt baguettes made from pure natural sourdough without yeast. Only grain from France and unrefined sea salt are used for this. After all, a good dough consists only of grain, water and salt – anything else is superfluous.

Preparation: In the oven: Preheat the oven to 200°C. Remove the baguettes from the package and moisten them. Bake until the desired brownness (about 15 minutes). | In the toaster: Slice the baguettes and toast in the toaster for a maximum of 3 minutes.
