Don't worry, you don't have to be a pot-bellied construction worker to enjoy this Leberkäse (bavarian speciality). It is not a Leberkäse at all. Hence the name: "I am not a meat loaf". It consists mainly of soya and is completely vegan. But you can enjoy it just like "real" meatloaf, whether on the building site, to take away, with a snack or in the office.
Very easy to prepare
The vegan Leberkäs from Soyana is as easy to prepare as it is refined in taste. You can simply enjoy it cold, roast it or bake it in the oven for a short time. It's entirely up to you whether you then eat it in a classic roll or with fried potatoes. There is only one question left unanswered: sweet or (medium-)hot mustard?
