For sponge cakes and pastries: replace 1/3 of the flour quantity with BIOVEGAN fine cornstarch. 1 heaped tsp = approx. 10 g 1 heaped tbsp = approx. 20 g Preparation: Mix BIOVEGAN Fine cornstarch in a little cold liquid until smooth. Stir into the remaining boiling liquid and boil for at least boil for at least 1 minute.
