PREPARATION: Rub the coquelon with a clove of garlic and pour in the New Roots Fondue. Heat up while stirring constantly. Before serving, season to taste with pepper, nutmeg and paprika, stir until creamy and quickly place on a rechaud. While eating, stir the fondue regularly with skewered bread cubes. Enjoy your meal!

Sehr lecker!

Wow, der Geschmack erinnert an meine Kindheit, als wir für damalige Verhältnisse leckere aber ungesunde Scheibletten und Schmelzkäseecken im Pausenbrot verzehrten. Ist flüssiger als Käsefondue, liegt aber viel leichter im Magen. Schmeckt sehr würzig, das Brot sollte daher nicht zu sehr gesalzen sein. Schmeckt auch toll mit Gemüse.
