Unglaublich gut

Es ist keine klassische Feta Alternative wie ich sie von anderen Firmen kenne. sondern etwas ganz eigenes, würziges, extrem Leckeres. wirklich wie ein fester Weichkäse mit Kräutern. Konsistenz udn Geschmack lassen in keinster weise an Tofu denken. Ich bezweifle, dass der Omnivore Käseesser misstrauisch würde, wenn dieses Leckerchen auf einem Buffet zu finden wäre. Aufgeschnitten, in einem Salat, als Antipasti.... Ich bin sofort verliebt gewesen und werde in Zukunft mehr davon kaufen 'müssen'. Mein einziges Problem ist, dass er zu klein ist. Aber das spricht ja eher FÜR das Produkt.

Würzig und angenehme Konsistenz

Lecker und würzig. Minimal etwas zu trocken.
Ich reibe die Oberfläche auf und gebe noch eine Portion Pfeffer, bunten oder grünen, darüber. Tier-Käse-Esser haben nix gemerkt. Das ist immer sehr lustig.

Super lecker

Super lecker und eine Alternative zu Feta in Gerichten aller Art. Schmeckt fetaartig aber trotzdem nicht künstlich.
