Since the start of the eighties, the winery has been run in strict accordance with the principles of organic farming and a member of the Bioland farming association. The winery is deeply rooted in the region around the Zeller Valley – a responsibility that flows into every wine it produces. As a staunch opponent of genetic engineering, Weinhaus Krauss refrains from using any genetically engineered treatment substances whatsoever in its refinement process. The predominant absence of protein-containing substances during its winegrowing process makes its wines vegan, too. As well as an excellent selection of Spanish wines, Weinhaus Krauss also offers organic mulled wines to warm the body and soul to cosy perfection.
