Ingredients:
Wheat- woholemeal ground products (spelt)*.
(* = certified organic)
Allergy advice: Contains wheat (spelt) and gluten. May contain traces of soy, mustard, lupins and nuts.
Storage advice: Store in a dry place and protect from heat.
Consumption advice: No basic approach can be made with the sourdough extract. The leaven alone has no leavening power. For 1 kg of flour, 2 bags of BIOVEGAN Master Baker's Yeast are needed.
Preparation:
You add (for 2 loaves): • 700 g spelt flour • 300 g rye flour • 2 bags BIOVEGAN Master Baker's Yeast • 2 tsp salt • 650 ml lukewarm water • some fat for the baking pan
Preparation: 1. Mix all dry ingredients well, add water and knead through. 2. Cover the dough and let it rest in a warm place for 60 minutes. 3. Knead the dough again, have some flour ready. 4. Then pour into 2 greased molds and let rest, covered, for 30 minutes. 5. Bake the breads with a bowl of water in a preheated oven for 60 minutes at 190°C convection or 210°C top/bottom heat. 6. Carefully turn the messengers out of the mold and let them cool on a wire rack.
